Why not consider joining one of the many local model railway clubs where you can seek advice on how to solve any problems you might come across. Most have club layouts for members to participate in building and operating whilst providing an opportunity for learning and putting your hand to different techniques under the guidance of more experienced modellers.

The clubs’ usually hold frequent meetings, and many organize public exhibitions with visiting layouts and specialist traders – all subject to current Covid-19 guidance of course.

Details are given below of some of those club’s local to Worthing and Brighton. Follow the links below to the clubs’ own websites which will show email addresses to contact for further information.

If you are not local enough to participate with one of the clubs shown below, use Google to seek out a club nearer to you - there are many around the country.

Many of the local clubs do hold annual exhibitions with demonstration layouts and trade sales stands.

Please check each club's website for details of their exhibitions and of their regular meetings.
